If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify me within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof of the damage and packaging. The piece may then be returned at your expense for restoration. Once restored, it will be sent back to you, with return shipping costs covered by the buyer.

All works ship from Portugal (European Union). Orders delivered within EU member states are not subject to additional customs duties. Buyers in non-EU countries are responsible for any customs procedures, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

For shipments to the United States, stained glass artworks are typically classified under HTS code 9810.00.10 (Painted, colored or stained glass windows and parts thereof, valued over $161 per square meter and designed and produced by a professional artist), which are not usually subject to additional customs duties. Final customs decisions remain at the discretion of U.S. authorities.
